It's not falling off, but if you pull it you can open it as shown in photos. FLAW - there is some scuffing on the heels and some wear on the bottom of the shoe. Including some silver writing. Otherwise in good pre owned condition. Exterior leather and the non sole part of the shoe is in excellent pre owned condition.
