This is a Keysight oscilloscope.
As it is a purchased item, we do not know the detailed usage history since purchase, but it appears to be in beautiful condition with little signs of use.

We have confirmed its operation by displaying a signal generated by a separate pulse generator. (See photos 17 onwards)
