[Noguchi Seed Company]
Tanba Kensho Black Soybean Seeds, 6 seeds
Open-pollinated variety (domestic seed, untreated)

● Features
These are top-grade black soybeans characterized by their large, glossy beans, chewy texture, and rich sweetness. Harvested in October, they become the highly popular premium black edamame for an autumn treat! ? If allowed to fully ripen until late November, they become exquisite black soybeans perfect for New Year's simmered dishes.

● Cultivation Guide
Sowing: Early June to late June (Edamame harvest: Early to mid-October / Black bean harvest: Late November)
Note: Tanba-type black beans are late-maturing varieties that flower when the days shorten. Sowing too early will result in excessive leaf growth, so the key to delicious cultivation is to wait until June to sow the seeds.

? Tips for successfully saving seeds (self-pollination) ?
The plants grow large and have a long cultivation period, allowing them to store soil nutrients over time. Around late November, harvest the entire plant from the field after the leaves have fallen and the pods have completely dried and turned brown. Thoroughly drying them will ensure that the seeds (self-pollinated) carry strong life for sprouting vigorously the following year. ?:*

Since these are open-pollinated varieties, you can save seeds. Why not try growing them from your own saved seeds in the following years? ? Let's enjoy nature together!
We will carefully and lovingly send them to you. ?:???·?
