This is a LINE6 Relay G30 wireless system.
It is listed as having issues due to: hydrolysis on the side of the receiver, the hook attachment point on the transmitter being broken off, and looseness in the battery cover (which appears to be a design feature of this product).
The transmitter can be attached to a strap using an ESP holder, and the cover can be tightened, so there are no issues with its use.
The hydrolysis on the receiver has also been wiped off with ethanol, so it is not sticky enough to transfer to your hands.
I have confirmed that it is in good working order for this listing.
All accessories, including the adapter, are included.
The original box is damaged, but the cushioning is good, so I will pack and ship it in the box.
