■ Product Name ■

High-Quality Shakuhachi, Ginkoshi Saku (Silver Crossing Maker) Miyabi, 1 Shaku 8 Sun (54.5cm), Rooted Bamboo with Buffalo Horn Mouthpiece?
List Price: ¥-

■ Product Description ■

This is a traditional Japanese musical instrument, the Shakuhachi, for sale. It is a signed shakuhachi with the inscription Ginkoshi Saku on the pipe.

This is the standard and most popular 1 shaku 8 sun (approximately 54.5cm in total length) model.

The mouthpiece appears to be made of black buffalo horn, which is more durable than a bamboo mouthpiece and provides a better initial sound. The lower part of the shakuhachi is made of rooted bamboo, leaving the natural root intact, giving it a dignified and characteristic appearance.

■ Product Condition ■

This shakuhachi was apparently purchased by my father some time ago, but as he has no opportunity to use it, I am listing it as part of a decluttering effort.

My father told me it was a very expensive and rare shakuhachi with a buffalo horn mouthpiece, but I have no specialized knowledge, so please check the photos yourself before purchasing.
As it is a used item and has been stored at home, there are minor scratches, but it is generally in beautiful condition.

Although it is only an amateur inspection, there are no visible cracks, splits, or repair marks, and there is no noticeable odor.

The joint is firm and does not come apart easily.

As you can see from the photos, it can still be used beautifully. Please refer to the attached photos for detailed condition.

*Please note that this is a used item, and there may be scratches or dirt not mentioned in the photos or description, so sensitive individuals should refrain from purchasing. Also, perceptions of condition may vary, so I have included as many photos as possible. Please check them carefully and purchase only if you are satisfied.
