I made the headdress using two types of kimono fabric: a vermilion shibori fabric and a cute patterned fabric ?
I also made hairpins from the same shibori fabric ?
For children, you can thread a slim headband through the hairpins as an alternative to just using the pins.
The headband shown is about 1cm wide. There are 6 holes for hairpins. You can also insert hairpins into the holes for the headband.
The earrings are made of resin, so they are safe for those with allergies.
The decorations are made of wool felt, making them very, very light ?
Due to the nature of wool felt, there may be some fuzziness. Please trim any areas that bother you with scissors.
As these are handmade items, you may see stitching. I make them with love. Various kimono fabrics are used, so there may be stains, odors, or needle holes from disassembling kimonos. Please purchase only if you understand and appreciate vintage and antique fabrics.
