Domestic Raw Sphagnum Moss

This is domestically grown sphagnum moss that grows wild in the wetlands of private mountain forests. It was mixed with fallen leaves and debris because it was found in deciduous forests. We have washed it thoroughly with water, but please understand if any remain. The base of the moss is slightly yellow, but this is the inner part where photosynthesis has not occurred. I was told by a researcher in the field that there are only a few streams in Gifu Prefecture where sphagnum moss grows wild. This is a very rare item. The moss is now an even more vibrant green. To prevent the moss from drying out, it will be sent in a ziplock bag. It contains over 180 grams of squeezed, live sphagnum moss.
