Aeranthos

?? Origin: Southern United States, Mexico, Central and South America
Bromeliaceae Tillandsia genus

?? It grows epiphytically on trees and rocks, absorbing moisture from its leaves, which are moistened by rain and fog.

?? To adapt to arid regions, Tillandsia have white, hair-like scales called trichomes that protect them from strong sunlight and efficiently absorb moisture.

● This Aeranthos is a silver-leaf variety with stiff leaves.

?? It produces a deep pink flower bud with beautiful, lovely purple three-petaled flowers.
Despite its appearance, it has cute and beautiful flowers.
